An appeal has been launched to replace the existing therapy centre at Nailsea, situated on an industrial estate. Currently, the existing centre suffers from parking problems and further site development is proving to be impossible!
An acre of land has been leased from South Gloucestershire Council at Bradley Stoke which has easy access to the M4 & M5.
The appeal is being organised by the Daystar committee and is in its early stages.
So far approximately £450,000 has been pledged towards the total required which is circa £2.5m
The current centre (in Nailsea) will remain in place until all fund raising has been completed and the new building constructed. It is estimated that the new centre will be opened sometime in 2012.
We will post further details on this page as and when we have more!
