Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been used with MS in this country since the 1970s and has a good reputation for helping to stabilise and improve the symptoms associated with the disease. In recent years, research and modern acupuncture techniques have been able to gain further understanding and improvements, which are well documented.
Traditional Chinese Medicine treats the patient in a holistic way taking into account the physical, emotional and spiritual state. Therefore one person’s experience of having MS is unique to them, so acupuncture treatments are tailored to an individual’s needs MS symptoms commonly treated with acupuncture:
